Over 20 years of experience in M&A and private equity, gained first as a consultant at Deloitte and later at Aliante, a pan-European fund with €250 million in AUM. Over the years, he has evaluated more than 500 opportunities and completed over 40 investments, including 6 in North America, primarily in the food, industrial, design, and personal care sectors. Paolo has also managed and grown portfolio companies through buy-and-build strategies, leading 9 add-on acquisitions.
